Title: CRM Product Manager

Summary
The CRM Product Manager is responsible for defining and leading the overall strategy, vision, and lifecycle management of the organization's CRM platform. This role ensures customer relationship capabilities are tightly aligned with business goals and evolving user needs. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, this individual drives roadmap development, prioritization of initiatives, and continuous innovation. The role is accountable for delivering a scalable, high-performing CRM solution that enhances customer engagement, supports growth, and adapts to market and technology changes.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a long-term strategic vision and product roadmap for the CRM platform aligned with organizational objectives
- Advocate for the CRM product vision, value, and benefits to drive adoption and engagement across the enterprise
- Oversee the CRM product lifecycle from concept through launch, enhancement, maturity, and retirement
- Partner with CRM Product Owner(s) to assess, prioritize, and sequence initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and available resources
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery, integration, and innovation across CRM-related initiatives
- Serve as an escalation point for risks, dependencies, and critical decisions impacting CRM delivery timelines and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and confirm delivered value
- Track market trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and maintain a competitive advantage
- Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics and performance indicators to guide decision-making and continuous improvement
- Manage and maintain relationships with CRM software vendors and external partners as needed
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management or CRM platforms with demonstrable success delivering enterprise solutions
- Strong background in developing product strategy, roadmaps, and aligning initiatives with business goals
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors
- Experience driving user adoption, engagement strategies, and enterprise change management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and interpret KPIs, metrics, and outcome-based performance data
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
